Guangxi Jinchuan Non-Ferrous Metals Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as Guangxi Jinchuan Company) was established on May 11, 2010, with a registered capital of 3 billion yuan, a Sino-foreign joint venture held by Jinchuan Group Corporation and with equity participation by Trafigura, which is the sea port and bridgehead for Jinchuan Group Corporation to implement international operation and expand overseas, and the national "Belt and Road Ltd. is the export base of the Maritime Silk Road in Gansu Province, which is highly compatible with the national "Belt and Road" strategy.
Guangxi Jinchuan Company produces 400,000 tons of copper cathode and 1.6 million tons of sulfuric acid annually, which is the largest single-series production capacity and the most advanced copper smelting production enterprise at home and abroad. 400,000 tons of copper minerals project adopted by the "flash smelting", "flash blowing", "high sulfur dioxide concentration pre-conversion", "high sulfur dioxide concentration pre-conversion" and "high sulfur dioxide concentration pre-conversion". The technologies adopted in the 400,000-ton copper mining project, such as "flash smelting", "flash blowing", "high concentration pre-conversion of sulfur dioxide", "dry suction low temperature heat recovery" and "permanent stainless steel cathode electrolysis", are advanced in the industry, at home and even in the world. Adopting advanced environmental management technology, the wastewater has zero discharge, the exhaust gas emission is better than the national standard, and the solid waste is all utilized or safely transferred for disposal.
Guangxi Jinchuan's product Grade A copper (trademark: JNMCc) is successfully registered in London Exchange (LME) and Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE). It has won national certifications such as high-tech enterprise certification, green factory demonstration enterprise, pilot enterprise of two chemical fusion, Guangxi famous brand product (copper cathode), Grade 2 enterprise of safety production standardization (non-ferrous), 2017 energy efficiency leader benchmark enterprise (sulfuric acid), etc. It ranked 20th in the top 500 enterprises and 11th in manufacturing industry in Guangxi Autonomous Region in 2017.
This project adopts our refractory materials and experiences the test of anti-wear, anti-spalling and anti-erosion ability of the resistant materials to the discharge port in the flash furnace, which has proved to be used well and has obvious economic benefits.
